Welcome to Legends of Honor, a new strategy MMO full of action, castles and huge alliances constantly at war. With your mastery of materials and your people you can begin to conquer the world, and dominate the field of battle.

When you first begin the game you are in charge of a castle, and have a town to build and fortify. There is the tuition of Lady Jasmine to help you learn the game and how to build the things you need. There are lots of quests for you to complete, both for her and throughout the game. You are rewarded with items, materials and even heroes to fight for you.

Once you get into the game you are able to create a huge variety of buildings, each that have a unique feature or ability that you can use. The barracks will make your troops, and the blacksmith makes upgrades for them, as well as things to help your civilians or places to store your loot and materials.

Outside of the normal castle and army building there are lots of other things you can do, there are monsters to beat up, caves to explore for treasure and of course, other castles to invade and sack for goods. Once you have joined an alliance, the other 2 become available for you to attack, though beware as they and their allies can also attack you.

Alongside the materials that you can farm with your quarry, farm and woodcutters there are also Gems that you spend. These can be used to upgrade units, buy special items and speed up your construction. You begin the game with some to spend and can earn them through quests. There is also the option to buy these for real money and there are often special offers too.

Controlling the board and game area is easy and all done using the mouse, there is however a lot of depth in the military units and their upgrades. This gives you a lot of scope to personalize your armies, or find a tactic to defeat a tough opponent. As you gain levels you unlock more powerful units too, so it is worth keeping them up to speed towards the higher levels.

Legends of Honor looks amazing, the graphics are really nicely done, though you can not zoom in or out as in some other games the look and feel is really great. The UI is clear and easy to use and the quests are a nice way to guide you in the game. The background music is also a nice addition to complete the experience.

Overall there is a lot of fun to be found in this game, with its huge playerbase, PvP action and sheer beauty you are bound to enjoy Legends of Honor. While it may not be the easiest game to just drop into when you are there it really is brilliant.
